Scope of this version
TLÁLOC Talent is an early-stage agricultural employment platform operated under the TLÁLOC brand. For questions about your data, reports or deletion requests, email info@tlaloc.tech. Registration and applications are free for candidates and workers.
What information is stored
Name, email address, protected sign-in credentials, role, agricultural profile, skills, crops, availability, optional CV, applications and consent decisions. Organizations provide their institutional information and vacancies. Minimal security and review activity is also retained.
How it is used
To operate your account, manage applications, review organizations and vacancies, and protect the platform. This version does not sell profiles, use personalized advertising or include external trackers.
Who can see your information
Your profile and CV are private. When applying, you authorize the relevant organization to see your name, email address and agricultural profile; CV access is authorized separately. Administrators review accounts and postings, but their role does not provide access to CVs.
How to revoke access
You can withdraw an application to revoke that organization's access through the platform, delete your CV or delete your account. This does not remove copies an organization has already downloaded. Employers must use the information solely for the authorized recruitment process.
Security and retention
CVs are stored encrypted. Other records are stored in a private database, with access controlled by the server. Profiles and CVs are not stored in the PWA cache. A session lasts up to seven days and can be ended at any time. PDF files are checked for type and size; their contents are not scanned for viruses.
Your account is retained until you request deletion; deleting it removes its associated operational records. Review and security records support account operation and do not include CV contents. On deletion, an event without your identity may be retained as evidence that the request was processed. We have not enabled external backups beyond the provider's infrastructure.
Provider and international data processing
This installation uses local storage for evaluation. Do not upload real personal data until the production service has been configured.
Your controls
Under “My account,” you can export your data or delete your account. Under “My profile,” you can update your experience and delete your CV. Do not upload identity documents, banking details or sensitive information. This platform is intended for people aged 18 and over.
Cookies
We use only one essential session cookie, protected from JavaScript access. It is not used for advertising. Signing out revokes access and deletes the cookie.
