Registration and participation

Registration is free for candidates and workers. You must be over 18, provide truthful information and protect access to your account. The MVP does not process payments or charge application fees.

Organizations and vacancies

You must be authorized to represent your organization and offer each position. Vacancies must be genuine and current, describe working conditions and comply with the labor obligations of the relevant country. Charging candidates, discrimination, impersonating companies and publishing misleading information are not permitted.

Review

Verification indicates that administrators have reviewed evidence of the organization and its representation. It does not guarantee financial standing, future conditions or hiring. The platform may reject or close vacancies, or suspend accounts, for misuse.

Applicant data

Organizations may use authorized profiles and CVs only for the relevant recruitment process. They may not resell them, add them to other directories without consent or share them with third parties. They must honor withdrawal and deletion requests in accordance with applicable obligations.

Employment relationship

TLÁLOC Talent facilitates contact between people and organizations. Posting a vacancy or applying does not constitute hiring or a promise of employment. Conditions, hiring and payments are agreed directly between the parties. This version does not include payroll or financial intermediation.

Service status

The service is at an early stage. It may be interrupted for maintenance or when provider limits are reached. Continuous availability and hiring are not guaranteed. Service changes will be announced here; candidates will not be charged automatically. For questions or reports, email info@tlaloc.tech.
